Your shipment

Packages are shipped every week with a tracking number.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returning the products

The french law allows any customers to return back the products during a period of 14 days after receiving it.
Cost of shipping back the product is at the customer charge and Black Cat Models will ask a tracking number for this return.
Once the products are received back, we will check them and if everything is alright a refund will be provided.
